Took the family out to see Adam Sandler’s newest film, Bedtime Stories. The movie the story of a hotel handyman who babysits his sister’s two children for a week. In keeping with a tradition his dad started with him, Sandler’s character creates fascinating stories for the children. The kids love the stories and add their own unique twists, which then seem to come true the next day!
I brought my wife and 3 year old daughter with. My wife and I were amused and enjoyed the clean humor (and sometimes strange Sandler comedy). The story kept moving and was a pleasure to watch.
My little girl loved Bedtime Stories. With such a huge variety of characters – ranging from cowboys to spacemen to Roman gladiators – how could any child not be amazed by this spectacle? The kids in the movie were cute, and their guinea pig, Bugsy, was an adorable computer-generated pet.
Overall, this flick kept me entertained. It definitely is not a “thinker” – go watch this movie for an hour and a half of relaxation. Great for kids, but equally fun for adults, this is a sure family pleaser.
