		<description>The problem is the Republican focus on coming back to power at the national level, rather than on organizing and delivering better results at the state and local level in places where we still have influence.  The focus needs to shift away from alternative &quot;big ideas&quot; for federal government and back to &quot;we the people&quot;.

Republicans in Washington have put too much focus on disputes over liberal social initiatives, and not enough on standing up for what so many Americans still believe makes America great rather than something for which we must apologize endlessly for every perceived grievaance.
